1 SHIPPING PROCESS

All products except dough

At, Specialty Food Products we make every effort to prepare, pack and ship all orders (for in-stock items) within 1-3 business days of orders being placed through www.specialtyfoodproducts.com.sa. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Thursdays will not ship until the following Sunday.

1.1 Due to dough preparation schedules, we are unable to hold orders to be delivered later date. Our business hours of operation are 8 AM – 4:30 PM (EST) Sunday– Thursday, excluding national holidays. 

1.2 Standard Shipping/ delivery order, allow 5-7 business days once your order has shipped from our facility and been processed by the carrier. Our delivery time is from [8:00 AM to 9:00 PM]

1.3 Orders may arrive sooner than the Standard Delivery date range (indicated above) and tracking information will be sent via email after packaging and processing at our facility is complete. 

1.4 Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to become active. Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include processing and handling times.

1.5 For an additional fee, we offer various expedited shipping options for your convenience. All expedited shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser unless waived either fully or partially by specialty food products. FedEx, Saudi Post and other carriers do not guarantee delivery transit times due to unforeseen factors, including severe weather conditions. 

1.6 All shipping charges are included on the buyer’s invoice and are available to view prior to completing a purchase at www.specialtyfoodproducts.com.sa.  Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. 

1.7 If you experience any issues with shipping or your shipment or have any additional questions or concerns, please contact us at info@specialtyfoodproducts.com or call [XXXXXXX] during normal business hours.

1.8 After receiving your order, you should keep the proof if delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer

DELIVERY FEES

2.1 The rates for shipping are as follows:

Frozen dough to go: 

2.3 We ship dough Sunday through Thursday. Orders must be received by 2pm CST to be shipped the following Sunday , Monday,  Tuesday and Wednesday. 

2.4 To ensure freshness and quality of Cookie, pizza, bagels, croissant dough and other drought products  and to ensure temperature of frozen dough, the shipping option chosen must get it to your destination in 1 days or less. 

2.5 Only shipping/delivery options that provide same day  delivery will be available to avoid dough sitting at the currier over the weekend.

2.6 We cannot be responsible for staleness/spoilage due to courier shipping delays, or if the recipient is not at the delivery location to receive the shipment.

2.7 We are unable to alter orders on our end once submitted, but please contact us immediately  if you have entered any incorrect information. We are happy to cancel your order and you may resubmit if desired.

2.8 We are not responsible for information entered incorrectly such as the billing and shipping address. Please double check your order entry.

DAMAGE ASSETMENT

3.1 We want your shipping experience to be perfect, so let us know asap if something does not meet your expectations. We will do our best to make it right, with the following guidelines in place regarding issues that are outside of our control.

3.2 We cannot be responsible for staleness/spoilage due to courier shipping delays

3.3 We cannot be responsible if the recipient is not at the delivery location to receive the shipment

3.4 Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

3.5 We are not responsible for information entered incorrectly such as the billing and shipping address. Please double check your order entry.

3.6 We cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

3.7 www.specialtyfoodproducts.com.sa will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia
